Here’s the solution for the difficult coworker - they need to seek therapy, and grow up. I’m sick of having to gentle parents adults who are beyond toxic, because if treat them the way they deserve, it’s “bad”. I do appreciate this article because I’ve been pondering these things for a while - frustrated with myself for the changes I refuse to make, but also knowing I shouldn’t **have** to make those changes, just to accommodate a grown toddler who will most likely only take my efforts and find yet another way to manipulate and backstab despite.
